Article 96. Amendment of the
Articles of Incorporation at the General Meeting of Establishment
(Compare Articles 185 & 187
of the former Commercial Code)
Notwithstanding the provisions of
Article
30. (Notarization
of Articles of Incorporation), Paragraph 2, the articles of
incorporation can be amended by resolution at the general meeting of
establishment.
