Article 91. Dismissal of Establishment Directors, etc.

Establishment directors, establishment accounting referees, establishment statutory auditors, and establishment accounting auditors appointed based on the provisions of Article 88. (The Appointment of Establishment Directors, etc)., during the period up to the time of incorporation, can be dismissed based on the resolution of the general meeting of establishment.
