Article 87. Reports on Matters Concerning Incorporation

1. The incorporators must report to the general meeting of establishment concerning matters relating to the incorporation of the kabushiki kaisha.

2. The incorporator, in the situations listed in the items hereunder, must submit or supply the document or electromagnetic medium in which is entered or recorded the matters determined in each of the said items:

(1) In the situation where there has been the determinations of the matters listed in the items of Article 28. (Other Articles of Incorporation Entries) (excluding, in those situations listed in the items of Article 33. (Appointment of Inspector Concerning Matters Entered or Recorded in the Articles of Incorporation), Paragraph 10, the matters decided in each of the said items) the details of the report of Article 33, paragraph 4 by the inspector of Article 33, paragraph 3.

(2) In the situations listed in Article 33, Paragraph 3, the details of the certification of the same item.
