Article 83. Abbreviation of Reports to the General Meeting of Establishment

In the situation where notice has been given to all of the establishment shareholders notice of the matters to be reported on at the general meeting of establishment, when all of the establishment shareholders have given indications of agreement by document or electromagnetic recordings, that it is not necessary to report the said matters to the general meeting of establishment, their report on the said matters shall be regarded as having been made to the general meeting of establishment.
