Article 80. Extension & Continuance Votes

(Compare Article 180 of the former Commercial Code)

In the situation where, at the general meeting for establishment, there has been a vote for extension or continuance, the provisions of Article 67. (Decisions on Calling the General Meeting of Establishment) & Article 68. (Notice of Calling of General Meeting of Establishment) shall not apply.
