Article 8. Prohibition on the Use
of Names Causing Misconception about Corporate Status

Article 21 of the former Commercial Code)
1. No person with
inappropriate purposes may use a name or trade name which causes concern
over misconceptions that they are another corporation,
2. Corporations which have
business interests being violated by the use names or trade names in violation
of the provisions of the previous paragraph, or for which there are concerns
that their will be such violations, can demand, against the party so violating
such business interests, or the party about whom there is such concerns of
violations, that such violations be stopped or prevented.
