Article 79. Authority of Chairman

(Compare Article 180 of the former Commercial Code)

1. The chairman of the general meeting of establishment can adjust matters and maintain the order of the said general meeting of establishment.

2. The chairman of the general meeting of establishment can remove parties not following orders or otherwise disrupting the order of the general meeting of establishment.
