Article 66. Authority of the General Meeting of Establishment

(Compare Article 187 of the former Commercial Code)

The general meeting of establishment, can vote only on matters provided for in this sub-section, stopping the incorporation of the kabushiki kaisha, the conclusion of the general meeting of establishment and other meetings concerning the incorporation of the kabushiki kaisha.
