Article 56. Liability When the Corporation is Not Established

(Compare Article 194 of the former Commercial Code)

When the kabushiki kaisha has not been established, the incorporators shall jointly bear liability concerning activities relating to the establishment of the kabushiki kaisha and shall bear the expenses paid in relation to the establishment of the corporation.
