Article 5. Commercial Acts

The activities of the corporation (including foreign corporations, Hereinafter in the next Article (Article 6. (Trade Names of Corporations)), paragraph 1, Article 8. (Prohibition on the Use of Names Causing Misconception about Corporate Status) and Article 9. (Liability of Corporations Permitting Others to Use Its Own Trade Name.), the same) as its business, and acts for the purpose of that business, shall be commercial acts.
