Article 29. Articles of Incorporation Optional Entries

Matters other than those listed in the items of Article 27. (Matters to be Entered or Recorded in the Articles of Incorporation) or the previous Article or matters the failure of which to include in the articles of incorporation would lead to their lacking legal validity based on the provisions of this Law, that are matters not otherwise in violation of this Law, may be entered or recorded in the articles of incorporation.
