Right to Retain

Article 51 of the former Commercial Code)
A
commercial agent may retain things or securities held on behalf of the
principal when the time has arrived for the repayment of claims arising out of agency or
brokerage transactions until the time of repayment. Provided however, that this
shall not apply where there has been separate indications of intent by the
parties.
