Article 18. Authority to Receive Notice

(Compare Article 49 of the former Commercial Code)

A commercial agent who has been entrusted to sell goods or brokering of such, has the authority to receive notice of Commercial Code Article 526, paragraph 2 and other notices concerning the sale.
