Article 15. Employees of a Store Selling Goods

(Compare Article 44 of the former Commercial Code)

Employees of a store with the purpose of selling goods (meaning the sales, leasing, renting and similar activities. Hereinafter in this Article the same) shall be regarded as having authority with respect to sale of goods at that store. Provided, however, that this shall not apply when the other party is acting in bad faith.
