Article 14. Employees Delegated with  Certain Matters, or Designated Matters

 

(Compare Article 43 of the former Commercial Code)

 

 

1.  Employees designated with certain matters or designated matters in relation to business, shall have authority for all actions outside the court.

2.  Extra restrictions imposed on the rights of the representation by the employees designated in the previous paragraph  can not be asserted against a good faith bona fide third party.
